Explore the new instructor's strengths and weaknesses, teaching experience, personalities, background, teaching philosophies etc<br>3. Discuss the context of the course (e.g. tutorial, lab, lecture)<br>4. Discuss existing course outline, teaching plan , instructional strategies<br>5. Introduce to teaching team (who teach same course if any)<br>6. Plan and design the instruction together (can include the team) making sure she understand the syllabus esp LO<br>7.Guide to create instructional material based on LO e.g. PPT, multimedia, case study etc<br>8. Observe mentor in class (role model) Discussion &amp; reflection<br>9. Demonstrate the mock teaching to the mentor<br>10. Deliver instructions in classroom with peer observation<br>11. Feedback from peer observation will help gain info in evaluating the instruction<br>12. Evaluate the instructions (discuss &amp; reflections plus suggestions &amp; recommendations to improve instruction<br>13. Ongoing follow-up (in case mentee have future issues later)<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
