I absolutely loved this session!!! It was engaging and meaningful because, as educators, we are constantly told/telling teachers that we/they need to be more dynamic and try new strategies in the classroom. However, it's not always easy to find good and practical ideas to support this change. This workshop stood out because it not only reunited a variety of strategies, but also provided us with hands-on examples that can be adapted to different school realities. It was fun, inspiring and genuinely useful!

I also want to highlight the fact that the session was led by Gustavo: a colleague and fellow advisor. It was great to see a peer sharing his expertise with such brilliance. Gus, I admire you very much!

Comunicação é tudo nas relações de trabalho. Achei os pontos trazidos pela Thais muito pertinentes. Um time onde há uma boa comunicação e harmonia entre os pares produz de fato muito mais e faz o ambiente ser mais valorizado. Eu acredito muito na força do vinculo positivo, achei realmente um momento importante e acredito que poderiamos discutir essa questão mais vezes. É importante por exemplo quando vamos dar feedbacks, levar as vezes noticias não tão agradaveis, o saber falar humanizado, levando em conta que por tras do profissional existe a pessoa.
