         <description><![CDATA[<div>I find a vedio about the making process of Douhua, It really brings me back my childhood. We often use stone mill because its taste is better than machines-grinding.&nbsp; Here you go, the process of how to make Douhua.<br>And there someting special for the dipping sauce. You can choose any taste you like. But in my family, we always dip the chili(sometimes use green pepper but sometimes use hot pepper. And we also like to add some Sichuan pepper oli into the sauce)</div>]]></description>
