Creating by laws that we all agree on. Reviewing those annually and also establishing norms. Reminding everyone of those norms at the beginning of the meeting including a uniform agenda and sending it our ahead of time with the vision and mission on the agenda.

Include the partners in the agenda. Have them present. Use data as part of the conversation. Show progress towards the goals the cabinet set and discuss how we can meet those goals.
