To my opinion, Hong Kong might be a very small place with harbours, markets and all sort of things that represents this place but after the years I’ve walked by, I think that Hong Kong is very entertaining and wonderful since the years are different than I expected and by all it means, I just found it very never ending.

Everything in Hong Kong represents itself because there are lots of things that are different from Chinese and other cultures such as food (with BBQ PORK BUN, DUMPLINGS, etc.) and also very tall skyscrapers like the 100 floored building (known as Sky100). 

So by summarising it, I don't think that there is only "one" thing that only represents HK and everything in HK, is HK.
