and sadaqah:
1. Zakah means blessing, purify, and recitification whereas Sadaqah means sincerity for Allah
2. Zakah is obligatory and Sadaqah is optional.
3.There are conditions for paying Zakah, but there are no conditions for sadaqah.
4. Zakah is only given to the poor and needy where sadaqah can be given to anyone.
5. 32 times Zakah is mentioned in Quran and sadaqah is mentioned 4 times in Quran.
6. Zakah is a pillar of Islam but Sadaqah is not a pillar of Islam.
Similarities: 
1. Both are an act of worship.
2. Both are mentioned in Quran.
