2. Customer will always come first. (Even at the expense of the employee sometimes)
3. Knowledge about pop culture is helpful- but not required.
4. Make your connections- it can be the difference between getting on a team and not.
5. Get your education- albeit not required for all positions it will help. 
6. Expect changes and growth/ get comfortable adapting
7. There's always a bigger fish- your boss's boss will know you, Act as such.
8. Hard work doesn't go unseen and is rewarded
9. Do the little things.
