Present continuos to talk about actions or situation that we are doing innthis moment or right now.
Afirmativa
Sujeto | + to be | + raíz + ing
She | is | talking.
Negativa
Sujeto | + to be + not | + raíz + ing
She | is not (isn't) | talking
Interrogativa
to be | + sujeto | + raíz + ing
Is | she | talking?
Example:
I am going | I am not going | Am I going?
They are going | They aren't going | Are they going?


SIMPLE PRESENT
Simple present to talk routine, habits, not focus in the action or event that is happening in this moment.

Afirmativa Interrogativa Negativa
I think | Do I think? | I do not think
You think | Do you think? | You do not think
He thinks | Does he think? | He does not think
She thinks | Does she think? | She does not think
It thinks | Does it think? | It does not think
We think | Do we think? | We do not think.

Example:
The train leaves at 15:12 and arrives in Brighton at 16:45
They take a taxi to the station, check the timetable and get on the train.

DIFFERENCE IN USE
The difference is very clear, the present continuous indicates actions that happen while you speak, the present simple indicates habitual or permanent actions.
 For example:

Peter goes to the supermarket on Saturdays.
(Peter va al supermercado los sábados).
Peter is driving to his office now.
(Peter está conduciendo hacia su oficina ahora).
