         <description><![CDATA[<p>Identify the signs of a struggling student</p><p>-Poor Academic Performance</p><p>The student may exhibit some of these signs if he/she such as low grades, incomplete assignments, inability to understand content, falling behind with the classwork</p><p>-Problems with Organization</p><p>A student might have trouble with losing his/her assignments, notes aand materials.</p><p>-Disengagement</p><p>Some students might not show the will to participate in class, or show a low level of motivation.</p><p>-Bad behavior</p><p>Some students that are struggling or often disruptive in class and do not allow classmates to focus on classwork</p><p>-Avoidance</p><p>Some students might avoid class by making excuses not to participate or complete classwork.</p><p>-Frustration</p><p>Students might become frustrated or upset easily when they have to do classwork</p><p>-Home Life</p><p>Students might have problems at home such as a death, divorces, lack of support at home</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.advancedlearners.com/tutoring/struggling.aspx">https://www.advancedlearners.com/tutoring/struggling.aspx </a></p><p><br/></p><p>“Struggling students avoid any kind of reading activity, don’t like to read out loud, probably a slow reader, poor spelling, struggles bad in writing assessments, struggling in writing,&nbsp; task in general inside the class.”</p><p>Akl, Y.
