2. This character trait will help me to push through the discipline needed to follow through with the 21 day fast that my husband and I have resolved to do together. This is day three, and it has been really hard so far. It is really hard to go without any coffee and sugar!! I'm going through a major withdraw right now!!

4. This quote makes me smile, but it also makes a strong point. It reminds me how important it is not to give up in reaching my goal, even when I'm tired. It reminds me of the movie, Unbroken, and the scene where the man is required to hold the heavy beam above his head; if he drops the beam, he will be shot. His quote throughout the movie is this...."if I can take it, I can make it." I hope that you all will take this last week in the marking period seriously and finish your classes strong!!

Sarah: I think that is a strong message...to go out and MAKE good things happen. It reminds me of another quote I heard....if you want roses, plant roses.

Olivia: It is so easy in life to want to look for shortcuts. I think your quote is a good reminder to stay on track and "finish" the race and keep on keeping on!
