This artifact is showing an orchard of trees. It looks like some of the trees to the sides are dying off or losing their leaves. It relates to my topic because it shows when objects are interacting with one another they do better in life.
The art is showing the beauty of nature and all which it brings to the table. Beauty is also in perspective to who is looking. The art is showing how people and nature can get along. The artist put the monkey on the bottom there for a reason along with the other animals you find in the picture. This artifact is showing a feast happening in honor of someone. It relates to my topic because it is a social gathering of people.
The art is showing what a feast could look like back in the time period they are from. The artist may be trying to perserve memories or share a peice of history they found interesting. The art shows in good detail what the author is thinking about this time of year, and this place. You can tell they lived close to the city because they have good detail in the buildings and streets along with knowledge of the time period.
