For my content, I did not and some additional detail to support my point. I wrote,”Did not make the cut…..” I did not elaborate what the students did not make the cut of.
For my language, I used apostrophes while writing my sentences which deducted my language marks.
2. What can I do to do better?
 I should have used vocabulary and grammar structures more sufficiently to convey more different shades of meaning. For my point, I could have elaborated more on my point before I moved on to the examples. I should read more high level essays and books to increase my content and language marks in the future
3. How do I feel about my first grade for English?
I feel very disappointed as I knew I could have done a lot better. However, I am also very hopeful for the future. I let the nerves get the better of me during the exam. I used apostrophes while writing my essay despite continuously reminding myself not to. I was very nervous during the exam and could hardly think of much elaboration to support my point.
I spent too much time analysing the essay question and had to rush through my last point and conclusion. My conclusion could be more deep and better in my opinion, which also probably a reason why I did not get higher marks. My original goal was a 23 or above. Even though I did not hit that goal, I feel that if I correct these mistakes, I would be able to score more in future essays. Even though my goal was a 23, I honestly felt I would get in the 18-20s range. The competition was at Expo. It’s was a very fun, enjoyable and memorable experience for me. Why? Because I gained confidence through this competition by winning multiple opponents, and that I also learnt something new and how to better refine my skills in the near future. I also met players that are way better than me and seeing them play live in front of me was sensational. I also had multiple friends that went with me, from the west to the east of Singapore, and they supported and coached me in my games.   1. Adrenaline Rush: Extreme sports often provide an intense adrenaline rush and a sense of excitement that can be addictive. The thrill of facing danger and pushing one's limits can be highly rewarding for adrenaline junkies like me
  2. Sense of Achievement: Overcoming challenges and conquering fears associated with extreme sports can lead to a profound sense of accomplishment and self-confidence. Achieving goals in these activities can boost my self-esteem and foster personal growth. Achievement help me to be confident as I often doubt my abilities to do certain things. Participating in extreme sports can build up my confidence and help me in my future endeavours.
  3. Physical and Mental Health Benefits: Many extreme sports          require high levels of physical fitness, agility, and mental focus. Engaging in these activities can improve overall health and well-being by promoting cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and mental resilience. I am a very stressed person, constantly worrying about what could go wrong and the things I have up in front of me. In my case, my life can be very monotonous. Wake up, go school, come home, relax, eat, do homework, sleep and repeat.



Overall, the appeal of extreme sports lies in the combination of physical challenges, mental stimulation, and exhilarating experiences that they offer, making them attractive to adventurous individuals like seeking excitement, growth, and a deeper connection with myself the world around me.

Though I was only 10 at the moment of circuit breaker, I was able to cope well with my studies despite to far distance between me and my teachers.
