*Please pick up a BLUE hotel room list paper from Mrs. Hoehn or Mrs. Mangas, complete, and return before Friday, November 15.

*The second $300 NYC payment is due no later than Friday, November 15.  Girls pay Mrs. Mangas and guys pay Mrs. Hoehn.  There is a $1 per school day late fee for payments made after this date.

*If you have a food allergy that the travel company needs to be aware of please see Mrs. Mangas by Friday, November 15 so that your dietary needs can best be accommodated.  These are food allergies only (examples:  nut, gluten, dairy, vegetarian, vegan), not food preferences.

- TOYS 4 TOTS - Help the Jr. Optimist Club bring the joy of the holidays to less fortunate children by donating new, unused toys to the Toys 4 Tots box located in the lobby!

- With temperatures falling below freezing at night, make sure you do not leave your iPad in a car overnight. Freezing temps will cause issues with the iPad battery and screen. 

 

- Students - if you want to take the ACT in December, the registration is due TODAY (Friday).

 

- The O-G Titan Marching Band performs for the Ohio State Marching Band Finals on Sunday, November 10th at 12:30pm in Welcome Stadium at the University of Dayton. This is the first time the O-G Titan Band has qualified for the State Marching Band Finals in six years!  Tickets for Dayton Welcome Stadium - $8 for adults, $5 for seniors, $5 for school age children.  Parking is $5 per car.  You will want to arrive with plenty of time to find a seat, no one may enter or exit the stands while a band is performing. Awards are at 2:30pm. There are several other great bands after O-G performs as well. Some seats may be available on the bus the band is taking to Dayton - please contact Mr. Olenik to see if a seat is available.  GOOD LUCK BAND!!!!

- Anybody interested in trying out for Quiz Bowl needs to attend a meeting on Thursday, November 14, in Room 212 after school.

 

- Glamour Gals and Crochet Club please pick up your Shirley's Popcorn sales form from Mrs. Flueckiger or Mrs. Kuhlman ASAP.  Sales will end November 15.  Popcorn will be delivered after Christmas on Tuesday, January 7.

 

- Congratulations to the football team for qualifying for the playoffs.  They will play Galion on Saturday night at Galion (7:00).  Tickets are on sale today.  GO TITANS!!!

 November 1st marked the kick-off of our second quarter theme “Make Some Noise”  

In an effort to continue building positive school spirit at OGHS, events and videos will be shared on our new OG Instagram page.  Follow us at ottawa_glandorf_titans and like our posts on Instagram to help us earn funding toward prom activities.  The school with the most ‘likes’ each month will win prizes for their school.  (Thanks to Randy Boss of Boss Images for the photo.)
