BARRAMUNDI

In another small bowl, combine cumin and 1⁄4 teaspoon of turmeric. Dry the barramundi, dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. The sides of the meat, season with the mixture of spices. Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large non-stick frying pan, over medium-high heat. Put the barramundi skin down and cook until the skin is crispy, for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook until the barramundi is opaque and well cooked, 2-3 minutes more.

Add the scallions and 1 tablespoon of butter to the rice and season with salt and pepper. Divide between dishes. Cover the rice with barramundi; decorate with fresh sauce and cream. Serve with the remaining lime slices on the side.

INGREDIENTS

125 grams of butter

Now we start adding the dry ingredients such as flour, cinnamon powder and another part of the milk (remember to save a little for later).

We will continue beating until we have achieved a homogeneous mixture.

Having the homogeneous mixture, add the bananas until they are stirled. When this happens, add the raisins and nuts, along with the chia seeds and finally the rest of the milk.

We will continue beating until everything is well incorporated.

Once the last mixture is obtained, pour it into a mold in the way you prefer and leave it in the oven for about 40 minutes.

To know if it is ready, what you have to do is insert a toothpick in the center in the cake, if the toothpick comes out clean, it means that it is ready.
