(2) Body language was just so-so. I used my hands for numbers, but nothing else. Mostly I just stood there.
(3) Verbal fillers were terrible. I said "and", "so", and "um" many times. I counted 10+ verbal fillers during most slides.
(4) Preparation was ok. I practiced the speech about 5 times. I felt generally confident, but still needed my notes.

Next time, I will practice at least 10 times, so I can make more eye-contact. I will also focus on walking around more when I talk. Each time I change topics, I will walk to a new spot on the floor. Good luck to me!

My advice for making this better is to try and avoid verbal fillers. I counted more than 10 for each slide (just like me!). I think it will sound more professional without the verbal fillers.

  After that, verbal fillers is a critical problem in my video. There are so many hesitation.
Last but not least, prepartion is the most important step in my eyes. This causes the weird voice and the verbal fillers I used. If I spend more time to prepare. I can enhance a lot.

  He used some strange body language in the video, but most of them are understandable. He is brave enough to use these actions as a tool to explain what he wants to say.
