There are controversial opinions about the formation of  human's personality. One group of people tend to think that individuals initially born with particular traits, nevertheless, others consider that people acquire these characteristics over time. I totally agree that new traits are obtained due to the life experience and close-knit people, who surround you. Underlying causes of my standpoint and relevant examples will be analyzed in this essay.

First of all, it is apparent that people always learn from their mistakes and setbacks. By this I mean, even if the experience is atrocious, people will develop their skills and work in order to not repeat them in the next time. For instance, the astronomical sum of earned money were spent monthly by my sister and she did not realize why money are utilized so quickly, after this situation she started  to write all her expenses and analyze it. Now she has a good trait of being more economical and does not follow consumerism way of living .  

Not only does a detestable experience make people stronger and ambitious, but wonderful practices also  contribute to human’s development and broadening their mind. Travelling is an excellent example of expanding people’s  knowledge about different cultures, political and economic situation in a new country that someone has visited . In the modern society, people have to be a global citizen and know about worldwide predicaments. 

In conclusion, a valuable experience  raise a new traits in individuals and takes a part in evolving cognition.

This essay will represent argues against given statement and share with final conclusion.
First things first, it is noticeable to be mentioned that plenty of studies are made every year by different scientists and the results of this researches may vary markedly. Thus, according to another study, there are no difference in our abilities when we are born  and all of us have same  characteristics. Only after trying, practicing and dedicating much time to particular activites we will gain our skills, find our vocation and can begin or continue self development.
There are some skills, which may be acquired with experience such as time management. This skill definetely has significant influence on personality and development and exactly not the congenital one. Likewise, people can acquire new skills throghout their lives based on their experiences. The only thing that partially linked with initial skills of human is the rate of pace of learning or working. Nobody can deny that every person's perception of information is different but this drawback may be leveled by dedicating much time and соmpetent time management.
To sum up briefly, the personality and development of each person majorly depends on their experiences and skills based on this experiences that acquired through the life. By hardworking and managing the time, everyone could neutralize disadvantages due to weak genetuc characteristics.

Characteristics with which we are born with play a certain role, however, in my opinion, life experience has a more significant impact in personal development and life at all.
People tend to develop, learn new things and gain experience from work, travelling or from simple observations during their lifetime. This obtained knowledge certainly will affect future choices and actions of one because with any acquired experience and wisdom person is going to learn what he or she is capable of, set a goal and mature changing something in her/himself. A founder of Alibaba Group – Jack Ma can serve as a great example: after graduation, Jack Ma worked as an ordinary English teacher with 15$ monthly salary, when he was fired from his job Jack Ma was seeking an occupation till his thirties’, wherever he goes refusals waited for him. After several failures, 35 years old Jack Ma commenced own business called Alibaba Group, which is now one of the biggest and influential companies around the globe. Time and experience have shown Jack Ma that he can be an excellent entrepreneur, but even if he was born with this gift he would not have realized it if he had not tried to start own business. 
Nevertheless, if personality is considered apart from development, gifts people born with have a noteworthy impact on one’s future identity. In other words, personal identity is closely related to traits a person is born within the way that the genetic characteristics further develop into personality. For example, I have been stubborn since childhood and have never done what I did not want. This trend is though relevant today, so I am still as stubborn as I was a child. Some characteristics never change despite the experience and past years. 
To conclude, many factors influence the disposition of the individual along with born characteristics and life experience. From one viewpoint, the facts confirm that everybody is unique, as they are born with various characterictics. While some people are born with an short temered character, others might be born with a calm one. People can not choose their genetic charastiristics, and these characters will develop more as they get adults. Consequently numerous specialists accept that hereditary characters significantly affect an individual's personality.
Then again, others accept that encounters in life have more impact in our life than hereditary characters.  Communities, family condition, education and work experiences have a deeper effect on a person’s character. For example, a person might be born as a introvert, but because of environment of extroverts, this person can "open up" emotionally and become sociable person.  Another example is that a man may be a positive individual, yet as he invested such a great amount of energy with negative companions, he could become as them.
In conclusion, I agree that genetic characters have some influence on a person’s personality, but I think that life experiences are giving more significant influence to our personality. Therefore it is important for us to be selective in choosing the place to live, workplace and friends.

First of all, everything begins from our childhood, when we, parents and friends are creating new unique person with not repetitive person. We have characteristics, that we get in our first day of life, but some of them we will get during lifecycle. From the youth we are deciding which of characteristics are usefull and wgich are not. Environment taking a huge part of creating new characteristics, because in society we are understanding how easier make a relationships or find a job.
Secondly, of course most of people will be trying to make our life better and teach us best characteristics, but you should not try to be pleasant for everybody, because it is impossible. That shows us that personalities which were getted during our life. 
Today government and parents are trying not to seed new something, they are trying to develop birth personalities. It will increase the number of "dimons" in each spheres
Finally, my own expirience was in elementary school, my friends shamed my, because i was dancing every time, who knows maybe I could be profetional dancer. It is also proven  by scholars that experiences that a person has had throughout his/her lifetime play a peripheral role in establishing personality. I oppose the view and my reasons will be explained in the following paragraphs.
Firstly, it goes without saying that people draw conclusions based on their deeds.  Whenever a human commits mistakes he/she realizes that it does not work that way. Therefore he/she intends to make a change in his/her approach to that particular occasion. For instance,  I have always been mean to guests who used to come to my home before I started going to their houses with my mother. They have been treating me well all the time when we visit them. Afterwards I realised that I should not have been impolite to people and I started working on that negative feature of mine which I've got rid of pretty fast. Hence, experiences and errors play a vital role in establishing one's characteristics.
Secondly, people change throughout their lifetime. There is a plethora of testimonies that can support the statement. We often meet those who used to be impulsive or hot headed in childhood but since they have got older they have become even-tempered. If  personality traits have been heredatory then that cases would not have taken place in our life.
To recapitulate, although evidences show that characteristics passed from their parents influence personality I believe that experiences impact more on building characteristics .
