         <description><![CDATA[<p>New Year is one of the Russian calendar holidays, celebrated on the night from December 31 to January 1 of each year.</p><p>When celebrating the New Year, close people gather at the New Year's table, usually on the evening of December 31 of the outgoing year. In the full version of the New Year celebration, those gathered first “say goodbye” to the old year - they remember what it was remembered for or what was most important about it for each of those gathered; They wish each other that all the best from the old year will pass into the new one.</p><p>Traditionally, the invariable attributes of the New Year's table in Russia are champagne, Olivier and Mimosa salads and herring under a fur coat, tangerines, wine and vodka, cucumbers, sausage and other cold cuts, sauerkraut, sprats.</p><p>After the speech of the head of state, the chimes begin to ring at 12 o'clock at night.
