Then about 40 people started to move towards the screens and I wondered what was going on. Then someone shouted out "Oh my god, it's hit!" And I was able to rush to the screens which by this point the entire office of about 300-400 people were squashed around these huge Tv monitors to see the plane hit the first world trade centre. Then the second one hit and the office went silent. Then after about 10 minutes networks went mad.
