Strengths: Internal factors that are positives.

• For a P.E teacher, passion and enthuism is acomplished as i enjoy participating in any sort of fitness or sports.

• I have good knowledge from learning throughout different qualifications in secondary and college on sports and coaching.

• Communication skills are clear and loud for all participants to understand.

Weaknesses: Internal factors causing limitations, what might stop us going against acheiving set goals for the job.

• Need to stay calm under pressure and not panic as i need to set a role model, appropriate level.

• May struggle to stay focused and keeping all my attention on watching all students.

• I find it difficult to do more than one thing at a time, such as planning, delivering, paperwork etc.

Opportunities: External factors that are positive and can be exploited.

• Strong grades in coaching college course to move onto university and getting a teaching qualification.

• Doing a placement in college course, improves my knowledge and understanding of coaching a class.

• Strong grades in my college qualification will look good when applying for the job.

Threats: External factors that pose a risk to development.

• Only done coaching for 6 months for college work not voluntary.

• Have not played in an official sport since beginning of secondary, so some knowledge may be forgotten.

• Not experienced having a job yet.
