The session was amazing and very knowledgeable. It gave me a new perspective about things like how their can be a 3rd thing after equality and equity. It made me aware about different topics and have a positive perspective about differences in people.The things were amazingly explained and made me more interested in this subject!

My takeaway today is the knowledge of inclusivity which normal people need to work upon in order to include the specially abled within the group , the affirmative and unending support and efforts of the volunteers , specialised professionals and psychologists in helping those who are differently abled to get accomodated in the society is highly appreciated. The holistic experience throughout the session was enlightening and amazing

One major thing i learned during the workshop is that people with neurodivergence do not have “defects” but differences. I am happy that with the knowledge i gained during the workshop i can use my words with more thinking and will be able to interact better with people around me.

It was an insightful session as it served the purpose on understanding inclusion very well. My key takeaway front this session was ableism i think personally i needed to learn more about it and be more intentional of not practicing it.

We all really need to fight against internalized ableism and this session helped us understand why and how we can do that :)

Haved an Amazing Experience Attending this workshop and Learnt a Very New Term of Mental Health and Understood in a Much better way by the SHRIDHA Community Members and My Future Motive is to Help this type Of special Childs who are Struggling is their way of Living the Life and I am eagerly waiting to help them thorough a Community or an NGO. I think it's good to be what you are regardless your so called disabilities or mental issues.Its not at all necessary to be normal as per social norms because it's you that will remain with you till the very end and not the what we know as society today.

Finally,it was a great initiative to know about some special creation of good which may look similar to us but are very special so to be treated accordingly.I believe these sessions can be an eye opener for today's generation.
