Consumer associations themselves often do not directly influence consumers as much but rather it's influencers fueled by the work of advocacy NGO's (and CA's a bit) or incidents/causes which are most 'salient'. Instead of taking a consumer association organization itself would it be possible for us to measure tangible consumer reaction evidences to product releases as a whole and write about it?
