    Fast moving , sharp learning curve , trying to stay focused

    Anxious to define tasks and see end results. 
    1. HOW DO I FEEL?
    Anxious . On handset, the whole team failed to appoint product owner and hence loses that discipline of having 1 direction in prioritisation of user stories. It could have been better controlled. Team is fortunate to have members with are savvy technically and helps in sourcing for alternatives. So appointing the right skill sets to project team is key.

We decided on One Main Story as the Priority and focused all our Tasks around materialising that Story to the best of our efforts
    What affected Me? Our main Story was not very clearly communicated during Presentation and others thought we were focusing on the 10 year old and not the Teacher's monitoring which was the main Story Focus.
    How Do I feel? Initially a little off, but then felt some light from the feedback.
    One Fundamental Shift? That AGILE need not be about doing work alone, but also doing research on what could be possible, and the importance of EARLY feedback so that we know what of the new features to implement (which would be hugely time consuming) and what to ditch.
    How do I see Myself? I like doing the work and while keeping more advisory approach to the top while working the brass tacks on the ground. Having an open dialogue with the "Management" (ie Scrum Master and Product Owner) is critically important.

    How does it feel to work One Story at a Time? Focused and Cohesive Steps.
    How does it feel to work under a Scrum Master? Pressurising but at same time Reassuring that someone is keeping Track/Score
    How does it feel like to receive Feedback? Have to bite back the feeling of trying to reply or explain yourself and focus on actively LISTENING. Defense interferes with Learning & Growth.
