Aside from quitting smoking and limiting alcohol, people can be active, which will help with weight control, your immune system, and hormone levels. In addition, choosing healthy foods such as limiting processed and red meat, eating at least 2 1/2 cups of fruits and veggies daily, and eating whole grain foods will keep you from being overweight, which will result in a lower risk of cancer.<br><br>cancer.org</div>]]></description>
