This Video should be the very blueprint of how most businesses should be. This structure works very well no one person is responsible for everything, they break it all the way down and communicate with each other.

I took a class on communication and it was the best class i have ever taken. I didn't realize all these factors played about. Watching this video took me back and reminded me the clearest way to communicate.

Leadership. I believe anyone can manage but it takes a different kind of person to lead. Leading is a responsibility and knowing how to communicate effectively with others and working as a team is very important.

Having a business alone is a big deal. Having people come and disrespect the business that you work hard for its not going to work. Having standards for everyone to follow is just the best way to keep and maintain your business. Having people held responsible for things that go wrong is important for your business no matter who it is.
