However, the majority population did not suppose the party. In order to convince both supporters and win more votes, they used propaganda  to achieve his aims. he appointed Joseph Goebbels as the minister of Public Enlightment and Propaganda. He used all media platforms to convey his ideas to the germans so that they would be loyal to Nazi rule. they tried to convince the germans that their future would be bright under Nazi's rule. at the same time, there was a sharp increase in german nationalistic and popularity of nazi. Propaganda  were designed to showcase german's might  and sense of belonging.

Rise of the secret police Germany became a centralised and doctoral state. When propaganda failed to control the germans to go against the nazi rule, Schutzstaffel(SS), an elite force and Hitler's personal body guard, was established in April 1925. The organisation was responsible for destroying the Nazi's enemies and for carrying out their racial policies. 2 of the important sectors of SS was the Death's head units. It is responsible for the concentration camp, for punishing those were not loyal to Nazi ideals and trained and provided staff for the concentration camps in Germany, Poland and Austria. Death's Head Units was also responsible to carry out the policy of mass extermination of the Jews. SS was renamed the Waffen SS and participated in fighting during World War 2. 
Gestapo was established as the secret police force. it was responsible for finding and eliminating threats to Nazi Party. The masterpiece of Goebbel's propoganda effort was the public displays of German power that he organised. These took the form of huge rallies, marches, torch-lit processions and public meetings. They were designed to showcase Germany's might and give Germans a sense of belonging. Goebbel's relationship with Alfred Hugenberg ,who owned UFA,Germany's largest film company, was extremely useful. Because films were closely controlled and had to carry a pro-Nazi message. Goebbels also commissioned posters which glorified Nazi achievements and attacked opponents. Reich Chamber of Commerce was set up in 1933. This organisation dealt with literature, art, music, radio, film and newspapers. Only members of the Reich Chamber have the right to produce anything within this categories. This policy meant that the Nazis censored everything that Germans could read, watch or listen to. Censorship was probably even more important than the use of propoganda in controlling the German people. Soon after the Nazis came to power, Goebbels organised a public book-burning event. 
The Nazis ransacked libraries and burnt any book that they found not acceptable. The content published in the newspaper are closely monitored and controlled by the Goebbels. Anti-Nazi newspapers were not allowed to be put on business.
