With the new testing by request process, we aren't catching script failures and it is challenging for support to debug when issues appeared weeks ago but reported recently. 

Weekly Smoke Test tickets to review smoke test results to open tickets and debug?

No active communication with those requesting tests. No ecommerce tests for 2 months. No CF tests for 2 months.
