         <description><![CDATA[<div>The crash course on managing Google ad-ons and extensions provided me the guided instruction necessary to hone my skills in assembling learning activities. I gained enough information to get me started, and I gained access to the Google classroom with a wealth of resources necessary to bettering my classroom experience. The technology that I can provide to my students because of today's training will allow my students more choice and opportunity to engage in the blended learning experience. As my students choose to take ownership of their education, I will then be freed up to fulfill my role as a personal trainer or "guide on the side" to each of my students. This allows me to provide each student with an individualized educational experience. </div>]]></description>
