The radio scene is well developed, active and diverse, the first country to allow private radio and television in Arabia.


However, in 2020, Government quits after months of protests over falls in the value of the currency, the impact of the Covid-19 lockdown, and rioting after a massive chemical explosion in Beirut's port.

There may be a lack of internal sovereignty as there has been protracted internal conflict and civil war in Somalia. Since 2012, Somalia has been gradually moving towards stability under a new internationally-backed government.

Although they are being recognised by the United Nation and other international agencies, the Palestinian do not have a clear border as hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were forced to leave their native land during the Israel and Pakistan war. Another reason of the Palestinian territories is not a state is that they don't have a constant population beccause the Palestinians have to move from a place to another constantly to avoid war between Israel and Pakistan. Other than that, one of the reason of Palestinian not being a state is although there is a governmental body for Palestinian, it only can run parts of Gaza and the West Bank but not the entire East Jerusalem.
