      We choose Uncle Joe's Cafe because they had various types of food offered in this cafe, such as Nasi Kukus, Lokching, and Masakan Panas. Most people, especially students, went to Uncle Joe's Cafe to buy nasi kukus. We can say that nasi kukus is the main and most famous dish at the cafe. We could see that many people were queuing and waiting patiently to get their Nasi Kukus. Uncle Joe's Cafe is open from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. The food is provided according to the time. For example, Nasi Kukus is available from morning until evening. Lokching is available from evening until night. Masakan panas is available at night only. So, we choose nasi kukus as the best food at this cafe because we can choose the part of the chicken, take curry sauce, and take as much sambal as we want. If we buy Nasi Kukus, it must have the sambal too, the sambal full of the taste of lime juice that is suitable for those who can't eat spicy. The sambal is not too spicy or too sweet. Therefore, the sambal is very suitable for everyone, even for those who don't like sambal. In addition, the curry sauce prepared is very suitable for the customer's taste.
       After that, nasi kukus is also freshly served, and we can choose to dine in or take it away. Uncle Joe's Cafe also provides self-service and wrap services. Besides, buying nasi kukus doesn't take a long time compared to lokching and masakan panas. Further, the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. For us, we think the price is affordable for students, which is RM5 compared to other places. So, if you want to save money, you can choose Uncle Joe's Cafe.
        Besides that, from our observation, we found that the way they were planning to sell their food was very strategic. For example, they were planning to sell nasi kukus at lunch hour until 4 p.m. After 4 p.m., Uncle Joe Café will sell another menu. So that student will not stick to one menu every day, and they will have many options to satisfy their wants. That’s their way or plan to attract customers to their store every day.
         In conclusion,value in marketing is the most important things that every business should have to grow their business . HASNAH CAFE
The taste of Hasnah Cafe's pastries is quite unique and appetizing. For an example, the sandwiches in Hasnah Cafe are fully-loaded with toppings, such as having a reasonable amount of meat with fresh vegetables and other ingredients like chilli sauce and mayonnaise. Last but not least, next product is our Malaysian traditional food, which we called as Nasi Lemak. The nasi lemak that is served by the Hasnah Cafe is really amazing. The sweet and very spicy sambal also goes quite very well with the taste of nasi lemak.

When it comes to sandwich, it must be healthy dish. At Hasnah Cafe, the sandwich served with vegetables like tomato, salad and cucumber. The bright colour of the vegetables it self makes the them looks fresh, clean and crunchy. This also can be a factor why people have to buy the sandwich at Hasnah Cafe. Next, what makes nasi lemak at Hasnah Cafe is different with other cafe is the sambal. The sambal itself has an unique taste because the sambal is fully cooked with combination of garlic, shallots, dried chillies and ‘belacan’.

Our first suggestion for Hasnah Cafe is that they make their own pastries so that consumers can taste their homemade pastries with such a unique taste. On top of that, Hasnah Cafe can also sell drinks. This will attract new consumers. From our opinion, we choose Cafe Ummi which is located in the college cafe. At Ummi cafe there are many type of meals that students can choose from. The most special menu is the burger such as chicken burgers and meat burgers. We can order what burger we want. Furthermore, only Ummi cafe sells burgers at night. Their burgers taste quite nice. The price is affordable and reasonable based on what we order.

Meanwhile, during morning and afternoon Ummi Cafe serves many different types of meals such as crispy fried chicken, ikan keli masak berlado, tempe goreng berlado, and variety types of fresh and crunchy side dishes. The price of the food at Ummi Cafe is affordable, the large portion of food makes students interested to eat at Ummi Cafe. Apart from the price and variety of food, the cleanliness and quality of the food is also one of the attractions of Ummi Cafe.

Subsequently, from our observation, we also can find that one of the attractions of a cafe is the employees treatment of their customers. Customer-friendly staff play an important role in determining the image of a cafe.  It can be seen that the Ummi cafe staff interact well when the customer makes the payment.
Luckily, Ummi Cafe using self-serving (free flow) which is selection as in a counter service. We as a customer can move at will to random service point exiting via payment point.

In our point of view, we choose Lex lu Cafe which is located at the Student's Cafe. The main product of this cafe is they serve drinks. The first value is the functional value and it may focus on physical performance. This cafe has different kinds of menus such as green tea the most famous one, cappucino, honeydew, mango and more. So, this can give options to customers to choose which drink they want. 

For the economic value, the price is cheap and affordable. This is convenient especially for students because they offer a drink as low as RM1 for every drink. Moreover, students can also ask for a cup of ice that only charges 50 sen. Other than that, it can build a firm and good relationship between customer and seller in terms of social value. Hence, it can gain customers' trust with the cafe. 

In addition, one of the benefits of this cafe is it has a reasonable price, especially for students. Second, it is suitable for students' taste buds and the last one is the cafe is close and located beside a food stall so it is easier for students to make a choice. 

To sum up, Lex Lu Cafe know how to maximize its value and give the most satisfaction to customers. We also would like to suggest adding up some new interesting menus such as milkshakes, smoothies and others to attract more customers.

 Their puff sardines is soooooo delicious. it is worth because the size of the puff is so big and crunchiness is just so good! 

You all must try the sardine puff. I highly recommend you all to try. Surely you all will not regret it and will love it. So, our group chose sardine puffs as the best menu because after we evaluated, these sardine puffs have a very high value, are affordable and very suitable for students.         Our group chose Yemen Al-Saeed Café, located at the main café near the hostel in UniSZA because its characteristic and value are unique cannot be found anywhere else in UniSZA. Yemen Al-Saeed has a diverse Yemeni and middle east menu for lunch and dinner. They serve food that people eat on a daily basis. Some of the food that the sold everyday included shawarma wrap, shawarma rice, Khabsah rice, Mandy rice, spaghetti Carbonara and Bolognese that have been cook with Arabic spice. 

 
       Next, for the monetary value, Yemen Al-Saeed Café promotes favourable and student-friendly price. The price of the food has been one of determined factor of food choices for the low socioeconomic groups, and of course it has been targeting for UniSZA’s student. All of the food’s price starts at RM5 until RM9 based on the portion that we take. For instance, even if your meal only RM5, you will feel satisfy enough.

 
        Furthermore, food products from the café offers a great functional value for the customers. Since Yemeni and middle east foods served by the café are known to contains a lot of carbohydrates and proteins. Customers especially students are willing to have the products because they required high-consuming of carbohydrates and proteins to get through the exhausted day that they experiencing most of the time at the campus. Customers also may be  satisfied on every purchase they make as the café able to remain the recipes and taste for each product every time they have been served for the customers.

       In conclusion, you will never regret when buying food at Yemen Al-Saeed Café because of its deliciousness, worthy and satisfaction of what they serve to you.

First of all, our group would choose Mimpi Cafe. Mimpi cafe is located in the UniSZA chancellor building which operates every Sunday to Tuesday and is closed on Friday and Saturday, and open on 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The fact that Mimpi Cafe is the only cafe in UniSZA. Mimpi cafe has a wide selection of food and drinks such as pastry, western, cakes and beverages. Now, I will suggest you some interesting menus when you go to Mimpi Cafe. 
Firstly, the first menu that I would like to suggest is Pasta Masak Lemak Cili Padi which is only cost RM11. The uniqueness of this menu is the combination of western and Malay cuisine which is the pasta is cooked with one of the Malays' favorite menu which is Masak Lemak Cili Padi. It is a unique combo because usually Masak Lemak Cili Padi is combined with rice, but Mimpi Cafe gives a difference by cooking it with pasta. When you order this menu, you will get pasta and some prawns which are quite spicy because it is not 'Masak Lemak Cili Padi' if it is not spicy.
 Next, for beverages I would like to suggest you guys Premium Mojito which only cost RM9. It's a simple mixed drink of strawberry, lemon, sugar and soda. This drink is perfect for cooling down and relaxing with friends especially for students after classes. Premium Mojito tastes like a fizzy mint strawberry drink that's a bit sweet so I don't suggest it to elderly people and people who don't like drinks that is too sweet. The taste of the strawberry it's incredibly refreshing and extremely easy to drink.
 In my opinion, Mimpi Cafe is very suitable for students who have just finished class and want to feel the aesthetic cafe vibe. This is because Mimpi cafe is located in UniSZA and students can go to Mimpi cafe by walking and do not even need to ride a vehicle. Our group choose Rr Cafe which is located at Kafeteria Unisza, a cafe that is near to the Unisza's student Hostel. Rr cafe serves many kinds of beverage and  sides that looks fancy and refreshing,but there is a main product that are the cafe's top seller which are Green Tea. The main value of this cafe's green tea is its taste is more sweeter than any other cafe that also sell green tea drinks there and the green tea taste is not that strong,the colour of the green tea is also quite attractive thus, the owner of the cafe also gives free topping to whoever that buys the drink there such as 'Cincau'.The price of the drink is Rm1 for small cup and Rm2 for big cup.The price is quite affordable for student.As a conclusion, we would not regret buying any drinks at there and would highly recommend everyone to buy drinks at there especially those who are a 'Green Tea Lover'

From our opinion, we choose Thai Cuisine cafe which is located at second last Alumni Cafe. There are many various types of foods such as Nasi Beriani (Komok), Nasi Kerabu Golok, Kerabu Maggi,Pulut Ayam,Lockhing and others. The main menu is Nasi Komok and it is the only one menu that have at Unisza. It is the most special menu at there.

Nasi Komok is only menu has sold at Unisza. You all must try it because it taste very delicious and good. We choose the menu because we can choose any part of the chicken that we like. In Nasi Komok it has Thai sauce. It tasted very delicious and suitable for all whose those not like spicy but it have a little bit sweet. Then, they use beriani rice not usually rice that we always eat at home. The chicken cooked very well and they use fresh salad and not wilt which mean it look green and not lightly yellow. 

Besides that, Nasi Komok is very limited because always sold out early because of many people bought it. Nasi Komok also freshly served. This cafe open from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. Although the cafe is not open till night but they can generate maximum profit because of many customers. 

After that,this cafe provide affordable price for each foods such as price of Nasi Komok is RM5 only. The price is relatable for students and also give satisfaction for customers. Then, quality of their foods also very good for us to buy. This cafe give the best service to their customer. They know how to interact with their customer like always smile when serve the foods.Thai Cuisine Cafe always care about cleanliness. So that the customer will feel safe without any doubt to eat.

In conclusion, we highly recommend all of you to try this menu and it’s really worth to buy with the affordable price for a big portion rice and crispy chicken. We would like to choose Macteh Cafe to do our task. Macteh cafe offering a lot of menu. Their main menu is nasi ayam compared to other cafe that mostly offer nasi berlauk. Nasi ayam is a quite popular compared to nasi berlauk and almost of customers like Nasi Ayam. There a lot of types of Nasi Ayam such as Nasi Ayam Panggang Apollo, Nasi Ayam Penyet dan Nasi Ayam Crispy. There are available with the same price at RM5.50.

1. Nasi ayam panggang apollo
Many people are wondering what is meant by apollo, for your information, the secret behind the deliciousness is the technique of steaming and cooking rice in a tray using Apollo’s special pot, which is a tall cylindrical pot with a nozzle at the end. Same with grilled chicken using an Apollo pot to get a better taste and aroma.

2. Nasi ayam penyet
Mostly university student save money while at university, so among the balanced meals that become choices other than Nasi bujang is Nasi Ayam Penyet which comes from Jawa. Served with sambal, a pieces of vegetable like cabbage and tempe whichis very suitable for the taste of malaysians. The chicken that is almost the same as tumeric fried chicken but distinguished by addition of sweet and white cumin spices that evoke aromas in cooking in addition to having its own benefits. A cabbage prepared raw are fresher, do not lose nutrition and have fewer calories. Tempe are also good sources of non-animal protein. For health-conscious consumers they will choose Nasi Ayam penyet as their meals.

3. Nasi Ayam crispy
Nasi Ayam Crispy is suitable for customerswho want to enjoy kfc chicken rice style at a cheap price because the chicken rice served with crispy fried chicken even when not hot the chicken still crispy. This shows that they care about the quality of their product and not just to gain a profit only.

In addition, macteh cafe also offers side dishes such as roti bakar. For roti bakar there’s a lot of flavour such as kaya, peanut butter, chocolate, strawberry and blueberry. The price of roti bakar is RM2.80 which is standard price for customers.

3. Economic value
Economic value refer to measurement of the benefit derived from a good or service to an individual or a company. Economic value more focus on price. For example, Macteh offering meals at reasonable price. Customers can get meals as low as RM3.50. Macteh cafe also synonymous with high quality and delicious meals. So that customers feels that the exchange of money value is worth with the product obtained.

4. Psychological value
Psychological value refers to the capacity for customers to feel good and express themselves if they choose to use the product. Effectively marketing this value requires a good understanding of customers. Only by clearly defining their wants, needs, desires and aspirations. The student who don’t want to eat nasi berlauk as their meals, they definitely choose macteh as their choice. Macteh also maintain quality of product to keep their brand always in the mind of consumers and also can create brand loyalty.

Our reflection for value is we can understand that marketing is not only selling and advertising but we have create value to our product to keep our product always in the mind of consumer and also create brand loyalty. The first value that we pay attention is the menu itself. Nara Cafe's menu is divided into three, which is breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, they serve fried rice, fried noodles and kuey teow, omelette and fried egg, hot and iced tea o. And for lunch, they serve rice and tomyam, omelette and fried egg, and ice syrup. Also for dinner, they serve rice and fried chicken, omelette and soup, and ice tea o. These menus are ideal for students and stand out from other cafes. Next, Nara Cafe has excellent customer service, which makes everything easier for students. For example, students do not have to wait long to get their food. Besides that, the value from nara cafe is payment. Student who is cashless will easily pay the food by qrcode only. They no need to wait for get the balance from the staff. Then, time operation is also on of the value that we find. Cafe operates everyday at 8am until 10pm. The most popular menu in this shop is Oden. Oden is a mixture of thick tomyam soup with various steamboat choices such as crabstick, fishcake, enoki mushroom, king crab chunk, sausage, and so on. In addition, customers can also request to put heavy food such as vermicelli, maggie or udon in the meal. This oden is widely available in restaurants that prioritize Korean dishes such as Family Mart, CUmart, Komonoya and so on, which are far from UniSZA. 

But in Odenganu, students can buy it since it is located at TUMPU UniSZA. Students can easily walk to the store and buy it because it is close. With 5 steamboat choices, they can buy it at reasonable price of RM6 and does not exceed the budget as a student. In addition, students can also make their own choices and this allows for a reduction in the probability of waste.
