i am unemployed but in my free time i see my boyfriend, i go to football matches with my friends at the weekend and i also sometimes play football with my dad in the garden. i did work experience at a gp in y10.

Evidence 1- Team quilt

1-Explain the task-
we all wrote our name on a piece of paper and wrote things we loved on the other side then attached them all together to make a quilt.

2-How did this develop your Teamwork skills?
this developed our team work skills because we got to know new things about each other and worked together as a group to piece and attach all the pieces of paper together by creating a system that helped us complete the task.

3- What went well?
we managed to complete the task in a short space of time and worked together as a team.

4- What could you improve?
letting more people help a little bit more instead of a certain amount of people doing most of the work and make it more equal.

Evidence 2- INDUCTION

1-Explain the task-
in this task we worked a as a team to flip and carry tires and make a pile of them. We also held plastic tubes and passed a ball through them until we reached the other side of the field. With one person blind folded we had to help them know where the ball was and where to stand.

2-How did this develop your Teamwork skills?
this developed our teamwork skills because we had to have open and clear communication to make sure the person blindfolded was certain they knew where to stand and when to catch and pass the ball.

3- What went well?
this went well because we are all confident speakers so we were clear enough to help the person find the ball.

4- What could you improve?
work on trusting our partners and taking our time so we did not drop the ball.

Evidence 3- TUTORIAL

1-Explain the task-
In this task we had to answer a sheet of questions and find the answers around college and take pictures if them to report back and see if they were correct.

2-How did this develop your Teamwork skills?
This helped to develop our teamwork skills because we needed to trust who ever was in our group to make sure we had the correct answers and pictures.

3- What went well?
we worked as a group and quickly found the answers and reported back to Saff.

Supporting my friends and a family when they are struggling and need help.
Me and my friends becoming closer with me and each other as they are getting to know each others problems and personal issues.
Allows my friends and family to know i am there for them when they need me to be.

A couple of examples of this task would be showing up to all lessons on time every day at college and completing all assignments and tasks when they are due, completed up the best standard.

An example of reliability is turning up to all work shifts on time and working up to my best standard. This would make me reliable as it makes me look like a hard working employee. It would also set a good example for myself and could get me more work shifts.
