What effect does power play on fairness and justice?

-It depends on the role that you play while you are in the position of power. When it becomes a position of strict policing and and strict discipline fairness and justice can be lost, but if the position is filled with a leader that will accept the ideas of others and find a consensus that is where fairness and justice can thrive.

3. Do we have choices concerning fairness and justice?

- Depending the leadership that you have. Does the leadership ask you to conform or be cast out, or does the leadership let you make your own choices in deciding what justice and fairness are, and give you a chance to express your ideas.
