When giving suggestions to those multipotentialites, telling them to embrace their passion, she frequently sighs, pauses, and uses a serious tone; At other times she would use a humorous tone to brighten up her speech, giving examples of how adults see little kids as cute when they said they'd be an astronaut, a ballerina, etc. 
2. Rhetorical+interactive questions
In the beginning of the talk she asked the audience to raise their fingers using some questions; she officially begins the talk by asking if anyone doubts why they couldn't find the one true job, and reveals that she's also one of those people
3. Defining simple ideas
She listed 3 super powers of multipotentialites one by one, each followed by a clear definition of the term
4. Idiom/phrase(?) 
At the end of the talk she encouraged the audience to go down into the rabbit hole for once they find their passion in certain fields.
