What makes this place distinct from others? What makes this place very different to me than other areas are that this street offers an easy way to walk around to deli's stores and other great establishments in the area, there are a variety of restaurants in the area and supermarkets making groceries easy to obtain.

Everyone has access to this space; it's a melting pot community where people of different ethnicity's, race, religion, etc. can walk around and explore the area. you don't need any sort of special privilege or identity; it's a free space ventured about by many.

I know about the variety of establishments on the avenue, the abundance of local food places that are here and the easy access of public transportation rather it by on bus or by train.
