Don't use sunscreen.

1- don't use sunscreen is dangerous for me.

2-When you are in the swimming pool, after or before not put sunscreen please, because is very bad.

3- If you are on the beach and it is 38 degrees hot, I do not recommend that you put sunscreen, it will not help you.
