We understand that Artists would get paid for showing their work in an exhibition in the real world, however after lots of research into paying artists it wouldn't work in this situation as we would not have enough money to pay everyone. For finance records would you all be able to email me back saying that you would like to waiver the money we would pay you back in the festival to go towards putting the exhibitions on and any other festival activities.

We could hold pre drinks at the studio and sell tickets/ hand our wrist bands before heading out to the event. 
Students could hand make decorations to save money, and buy other decorations in bulk from online.

EXHIBITION OPENINGS
Starting the 10th Feb there will be an exhibition opening for the exhibiting artists even 2 weeks (total of 4)

No food, just concentrate on selling drinks to make a larger profit.
We could have 2 bowls full of popcorn (which will be cheap) with a donation box
