Reflection
In these first 3 chapters I got a lot of lessons from how to build BMC and also an introduction to E-commerce itself, and making and learning E-commerce is not easy, we have to prepare all possibilities in it from preparing BMC models and the plans that will be carried out afterwards and don't forget about the retailing system in it which helps me really understand how e-commerce works on social media and in physical stores.

in this chapter I can learn a lot about how to sell and publish products on social media and the internet, marketing techniques are very necessary to sell our products, I also learn a lot from how to sell online media platforms such as netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and other media. in the promotion of the platform they provide limited content that can only be enjoyed on certain platforms so that customers who want to watch the event must subscribe to the platform first so they can get exclusive content, from that I learned how to make ordinary things very interesting and enjoyed by moviegoers.

On the 12th of April 2023 we were all holding our first presentation for sections 3 and 4, and I was in section 3 in group 1, the presentation on that day did not go as it should but it became commonplace in my opinion, because of a plan that carried out very maturely did not fully go as expected.

In group 1 I have the responsibility as a presenter of course and make a BMC model which is shared with sister Nana and the rest make material for the opening and plans for making a website, besides that I also make a design for making the presentation slides like that.

but in making presentations there were a few problems, because there was miscommunication between group friends but again it has become a common thing. The meeting and discussion regarding this week's presentation were carried out by each group that had prepared the material and discussion to be presented in front of other students. The second presentation focused on how to sell and promote our media online and market it through Facebook, as Facebook provides features that facilitate the selling of goods we desire.

Reflection
This week, I was in the first group called Dr Resume, where I was involved in presenting what we have been doing to promote our products through Facebook for Business. To be more specific, we sell graphic design products on social media and offer them to people in need of such designs. However, it seems that our preparation for this presentation was insufficient, and there were a few small details that we overlooked, which caused problems during our presentation. As a result, our professor was disappointed with what we delivered.
