She is an israeli educatior, leader and social entrepreneur.  Adi wanted to change the attiude towards children with special needs in Israel and decided to integrate them more into the society, so she founded in 2002 a youth movement which is called "Wings Of Krembo". This youth movement is for children and teenagers with or without special needs.  Today it has 76 branches and 6,000 members. Thanks to Adi, many teens feel belong, they have fun, make friends and the most important- the attiude for children with special needs has changed. In addition, she initiatide the project "Memory In The Living Room" where Holocaust survivors meet and share their stories.
