Winston hates the party and wants to test its power by committing crimes. Even though, soon it becomes his down fall.
Julia: She is Winston's lover who also hates the party but chooses to rebel in a different way than Winston by outsmarting them. Julia just wants to make the best of her life and accepts the world she lives in.
O'Brien: Is a powerful member of the Inner Part who tricks Winston.
