I really enjoyed reading about the captain. I had no idea that the captain shot him in the lef. Eddie seeing the little girl in the house while burning it down was really cool but also very sad. The captain was very inspirational to eddie. He spent most of his time in the war.

The character I enjoyed most was also the Captain because to me he was the one who probably went through the most always living through war home and in other countries. He meant the most to Eddie because Eddie left his life in the Captains hands and the Captain had the most influence on Eddies life due to Eddies injury.

I enjoyed reading about the little girl that burned in the fire that they set off. I enjoyed it because it was very interesting and it had you questioning from the beginning if there was even really a little girl and then she taught Eddie a good lesson

I enjoyed reading about Eddie and Marguerite's story. I feel like it was easy to understand and I feel like they had the best lesson to one another.
