At the start when she says "It yet remains to see" I believe she is talking about her life and she is eager to see if there is anything after her 2nd closing. This is seen again when she mentions immortality and "A third event to me". This shows that she is at the very least thinking of after her death and i believe it is in a manner of hope.  She then says "So huge, so hopeless to conceive" which I think means its hard to think about and to know what will happen. One of which is the title which mentions her life closing twice. This I believe represents birth, the first close, and death, the second close. This is also shown in the poem when she says"If Immortality unveil A third event to me". This play on the past two events being birth and death, while the third is a possibility that she does not know which is life after death. It is mentioned again when she says, "As these that twice befell". I think there are definitely some words that go along with our theme. There are two main words that are mentioned that have a larger meaning. First, she mentions immortality specifically "if immortality unveil a third event to me" I believe this is a way of showing that she doesn't know what will happen to her after she dies and when she does she knows not what to expect in the afterlife. Second, the quote "So hopeless to conceived" shows that her life has only just begun and cannot be contained and closed yet as it is merely her conception, and closing it twice hasn't stopped her and nothing else will or the hope that nothing else shall stop her.

In the poem Dickinson says " My life closed twice before its close- it yet remains to see If immortality unveil a third event to me." It seems as though she is hopeful that life will not bring another close upon her. Her life has already closed twice and is now under the impression that if life continues on another close shall not or hopefully shall not close again.
