     Carbohydrate counting
     Take Insulin 
      Exercise regularly 
      Healthy diet 
-Symptoms include but are not limited to: 
     Increased thirst 
     Frequent urination 
     Weight loss 
     Weakness or fatigue

     Heart and Blood Vessel Disease

-Excess weight and inactivity are contributing factors to the development of Type 2 diabetes 
-No cure

    Healthy diet 
    Exercise regularly 
    Monitor blood sugar 
    Diabetes medication or insulin therapy  
-Symptoms include but are not limited to:
