What is Awesome?
I love the energy! I love everything I've learned about Kadakareer and definitely looking forward to what I have yet to learn.

What is Boring?
Not exactly boring but rapper era during breakout rooms
What is Confusing? Things that I’m “huh, what should I do here?”
It was a noobie moment but I was a bit "huh" during the SOKADA discussion (altho yes I figured it was normal) and also while checking out the miro boards (first time seeing so much notes!)

What is Missing?
I can't say yet because there are things planned for us to experience still for the onboarding. So far, I think I've gotten things that I didn't know I would even need like this course on canvas so I don't think there is anything lacking in particular.

What is Awesome?
I'm in awe on how organized everything is! Now I'm wishing we used slack instead of messenger instead for acads or org works and utilized notion as much as possible :")

What is Boring?
None! I'm having a great time ever since the first day :)) <3

What is Confusing?
Honestly, I got lost at first on how much info there is to learn to keep up with the chats on Slack. But, both Canvas and Notion were a big help so things are clearer to me now :)

What is Awesome?

Everything! I love how welcoming the community is. At first, I was quite scared that the atmosphere would be too formal or too workplace-esque. However, I was totally proven wrong! Kada is so warm and welcoming. Open arms for everyone who is willing to grow and learn!

What is Boring?

Nothing boring at all! I'm excited to learn more about my team and about Kada in general.

What is Confusing?

There are many terms that still seem unfamiliar to me. I trust that we will be thoroughly guided by our seniors so I am not as worried or as lost. I love how there were multiple avenues for us new recruits to learn about Kada and take our orientation (1:1 Team Lead meeting, onboarding sessions, Canvas, etc).

What is Missing?

I don't think I can answer this without that much context. I also don't feel like there is something missing as of now. Everything is organized-- very friendly for newbies like me! <33 So so grateful for Kada!

What is Awesome?

Cliche as it may sound but everything is great! The Kommunity itself and all the programs that we offer are wonderful.

What is Boring?

Nah, nothing at all. Everything is just incredible.

What is Confusing?

I had a hard time using Canvas to enter the course. Miro is also something I'm not familiar with, but hopefully, something I would love to use soon.

What is Missing?

In so far, I don't think there is something missing. All things fall into their right places.

The way the Cohort 8 MS was welcomed! I loved how even in the first meeting I felt as if I was already part of the Kommunity for a long time.

What is Boring?
None so far.

What is Confusing?
I'm part of the TD team and I was confused on who to contact for the 1:1, since there was a change in Team Leads :)

What is Missing?
None so far.

What is Awesome?

The warm welcome of the Kada team!! It felt so homey and professional at the same time. Events are very organized too!

What is Boring?

none for me

What is Confusing?

I am overwhelmed by the different platforms we are using 😅 . I think that's what made me confused, but I understand the importance of each as they have their own unique features and usability for the team.

What is Missing?

I haven't noticed any significant matters that Kada is missing. So far, so great :>

What is Awesome?
Everything! From the systems already in place, our C8 welcoming, up until the plans for the near future. I'm excited to help already!!

What is Boring?
None! Super energetic so far. Nacchalenge ang social battery ko as an introvert Ahaha

What is Confusing?
Already using slack, notion, and miro before but the sheer amount of info lang talaga hehe. Medyo nakakalito rin pag outdated ang pages like in Kurrent Kohort in Notion.

What is Missing?
None :) I think I'm ready to start helping around even though 1 week palang!

What was Awesome?

My honest answer to this would be "what wasn't?".

From the very first onboarding session, up until the Canvas course, it's plain as day that the KadaKrew goes above and beyond for all of its Kommunity members; from the pleasantly surprising friendliness of the executive team, to the care with which the krew handles all matters, there simply wasn't anything I didn't appreciate or felt was lacking.

It's tough to beat a warm welcome that doesn't stop at day 1. I look forward to my journey with KadaKareer!

What was Boring?

Nothing was boring. I suspect that there won't be many dull moments up ahead, if at all.

What was Confusing?

I guess at first, the new websites and apps were confusing, along with some terms the KadaKrew uses. In time, I trust that I'll be able to wrap my head around all of these.

What was Missing?

At the moment, I can't really point out anything missing from my experience with the Krew so far, but if I do feel that something needs improvement or could be implemented for the betterment of the system, I'll be sure to voice that out.

C8 Onboarding W1 Feedback

What was awesome?
The warm welcome!! Always with the warm welcome with KadaKareer, even with other programs! But with this Mission Specialist Onboarding, it became a lot more valuable to me as my task as a Mission Specialist is a lot heavier than my tasks compared to a participant of programs such as VirApp or Kadetship. Always grateful on how the team organized onboarding events, it always makes me feel less pressured and less overwhelmed!

What was boring?
None for me!

What was confusing?
I'm also kind of overwhelmed by the different platforms we are using! I'm a first time user of Slack and Miro, but I am confident that in time, I will get the hang of it!

What was missing?
I haven't noticed anything that KadaKareer is missing. So far, everything is organized and great!

What was awesome?
The effort put into the onboarding process for the new KadaKrew members. I Definitely feel welcomed here already.
What was boring?
None in particular. Everyone in the Krew feels nice and approachable.
What was confusing?
The Canvas platform is a bit unintuitive to use, maybe cause I'm used to the Google Classroom platform we use at school.
What was missing?
As of Week 1, nothing in particular feels like is missing in KadaKareer, so I don't have anything to point out at the moment. Maybe in the upcoming weeks, when I become more familiar with everything that there is at KadaKareer.

What is Awesome?
I really appreciate the step-by-step onboarding process! As someone who tends to do things on one go, having the topics distributed into sections helped me manage my workload.

I also love how friendly and understanding the people are <3 I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone more soon!

The many platforms are kind of overwhelming for me ^_^; I understand the purpose for each platform. I just need some time to get used to them.

What is Missing?
None so far :>> I know that I will be more familiar with KadaKareer as time goes on ^_^ Hopefully, I'll get used to the workflow soon!

What is Awesome?

The people in KadaKareer are awesome! Even in the first Onboarding Session, I noticed that they're very fun and energetic, but also organized and hardworking. I knew that the energy that they were giving was what we needed to feel welcomed and appreciated 🫂

What is Boring?

None :)

What is Confusing?

At first, having all these new invitation emails, unfamiliar applications, and materials provided to us were a bit confusing and overwhelming. This is not their mistake though! Just needed time to process all these information and thankfully, I was able to catch up after a week.

What is Missing?

None. Everything was handed to us completely and members of the KadaKrew were very open to help us with our concerns. Thank you! ❤️
