How's life in the city?

Urban life has its advantages, after all we have access to school, work, products and services very close to us. People have gone off the field in search of this and most have found it, but it is undeniable that there are serious problems such as lack of security, a poor health system, many clustered in the peripheries without many conditions to improve their own situation.

Another feature of urban life is the distance between people, after all they are too close physically, but far away at the same time. There is a daily rush and time for everything, including talking, visiting people and caring about them. This was common in the field and still is for those who live there.

The city has much to learn from the simple country lifestyle and many of the good practices of rural living could well be restored for the good of all.

Landscape City • Excessive building; Very tall buildings. Field • Scattered housing; • Many green spaces;

Economico-Profissional City • Work in the secondary and tertiary sectors predominate; • There is more job offer; • Work in the city contributes a lot to the national GDP. Field • Primary sector work predominates; • There is less job offer; • It contributes little to the national GDP.

Food City • Unhealthy food. • Strong recurrence of Fast Food. Field • Food based on vegetables; Organic food.
Population City • Younger population; • Strong dependence on technology. Field • Aged population; • Weak dependence on technology.
City services • Great access to basic services; Field • Difficulty in accessing hospitals, schools, etc ...
Preferences City • Everything is close to you, the pace of life is accelerated; • There is a need to attend many different venues; • Some are accustomed to pollution, noise and confusion and accept this; • There is more access to services; • '' Traffic at rush hour has a special glamor. ''
Where does the man of the 21st century live better? • The ideal solution would be for large cities to function in a more sustainable way, with good public transport, many parks, traffic calming schemes, cycle paths, pollution control rules and noise. Or have rural areas with good accessibility, good schools, broadband and cultural events. (...) This is because Man is a species with markedly social behaviors and needs, that lives and is realized through the interaction, movement, wealth and synergy that results from the concentration of people and activities. The field can be reassuring and inspiring, but it is in the city that creativity is born, that the artists and works that forge our existence are forged.
