Introduction：On May 29th, 2022, a group of students in Beijing Haidian Foreign Language School conducted a survey report in order to find out how people transport. Until 8p.m. that day, 42 people had filled our questionaire. The findings were listed below.

Positive findings：

1) There are about 40% people chose public transportation like subways or other green travelling ways; 🚇

2）Just under 20％ people preferred to transport by shared bikes, and there was also a few who rides his/her own bike, which might be a good indication of that people are araising their awareness of green living. 🚲

Negative findings：1) There were a half of people who like to transport by cars of their parents. But getting a ride of their parents may bother them. So we thought it's better to transport without getting rides of our parents; 🚗

2) There were only approximately 12％ people who like to transport on foot. In fact, not only walking or runing is the cheapest way to transport, but also walking or running is the most easy way to work out. So we thought it's better to transport on foot. 🏃‍

Conclusion：

According to the data, most people preferred private transportation instead of public transportation. But taking public transportation is more conducive to mitigate air pollution and global warming. So try to get around by public transportation if it's possible.🍃

Seek more: https://padlet.com/benjaminhua/sy658v0x31pr39ti

Making mind maps can help us to have better understanding of the article. I hope more people can develope this habit. Reading the preface is also the choice of most people. The preface can help us get better understanding of the author and the background of the book.
By the way, quantum wave speed reading is not popularized,we hope more and more people could use this way to read books for it is a way that can help us to read quicker and better.
One miricle we found is that some people dont need to use thier eyes while reading. We assume that these people can read by their ears or by nose.Quite fun when you feel the book by other senses.

Sleep Time
Sleep energy is an important physiological phenomenon, which runs through human life and plays
an important role in human health. Most people will have the rhythm of daytime awakening and
nighttime sleep, and there will be sleep awakening cycles.
There is an obvious age effect in the sleep wake cycle of human beings. The daily sleep time of
newborns is 16 to 20 hours, that of children is 12 hours, that of ten years old begins to drop to 9 to 10
hours, that of adults is about 7.5 hours, and that of later adulthood gradually decreases to about 6.5
hours. However, the length and depth of sleep vary greatly among individuals, which cannot be
generalized.
Before writing this survey report，We created a questionnaire. There are five questions：1.How old
are you.？2.What is your average daily sleep duration recently.？3.Are you sleeping well？ 4.Do
you think you're getting the right amount of sleep？ 5.How much sleep you should get if not
reasonable？
According to everyone's choice, we carried on the summary, made the chart.
This is a chart about sleep quality.
This is a graph about how much sleep is reasonable or not.
This is the amount of sleep they feel is reasonable.
Since most of our survey objects are teenagers, in order to draw a better conclusion, we also
searched online materials, and summarized the questionnaire and online materials to draw our
conclusion.
Teenagers: the most suitable sleep time is usually nine to 11 hours a day.
Adults: the most appropriate time to sleep is usually seven to nine hours a day.
This is the end of this article. At the end of this article, we put forward a few tips on improving
sleep for your reference, in the hope that our methods can help you have doubts about this aspect.
Health care measures to improve sleep: 1 Get up regularly in the morning; 2. avoid dozing or taking
a nap during the day, or limit the nap in the morning or after noon to 1 hour; 3. exercise during the
day (not in the evening and before going to bed); 4. avoid caffeine, alcohol or smoking at night; 5.
avoid taking a large amount of liquid at night to reduce nocturia; 6. don't eat too much before going
to sleep, but snacks can promote sleep; 7. prepare regularly before going to bed and wear
comfortable pajamas; 8. sleep in a quiet and comfortable environment, reduce noise and light
intensity as much as possible, and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
