         <description><![CDATA[<p>Exerice- it can help you release some stress and makes your body boosted.</p><p><br/></p><p>Listening to music- it can clam your mind and help you relax.</p><p><br/></p><p>Take to someone- Friends, Family or a counsler can support you.</p><p><br/></p><p>Deep breaths or medicson- Helps slow your jeart rate and clear your mind.</p><p><br/></p><p>Getting enough sleep- Sleep helps your brain recover from stress.</p><p><br/></p><p>Time managemennt- Priorize task and dont procrasstinate.</p><p><br/></p><p>Go outside- get some fresh air</p><p><br/></p><p>Doing hobbies- reading, drawing or playing games can help.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Eating healhly food- Junk food can make stress worse.</p><p><br/></p><p>Takign breaks- step away from work and relax is what you need</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
