         <description><![CDATA[<div>Instead I see differences and acknowledge culture, race and ethnicity.  We celebrate the opportunity to learn from one another and become a richer person because of it.  According to the C-Span video regarding the suit against the University of Michigan, research shows that  diverse the school, the more successful all students.  Teachers and school leaders play a vital role in providing opportunities for this interaction.<br>"...leaders must play a role in creating and maintaining schools that are inclusive of multiple areas of difference and aspects of diversity at the same time".
