A famous mind reader and spoon bender named Uri Geller was debunked on the tonight show when the producers did not allow anyone associated with Uri Geller to touch the spoons and items used for the show. Uri Geller was therefore unable to bend the items and predict them. The reason of believe is perception or observation. The red flag present in this article is proof by verbosity. For example, Van Praagh's exciting and most intense readings are done in the clients house, where one can find a lot of information from the surroundings. Another example, is the fact that Van Praagh's producers send s text message to whom ever bought tickets to Van Praagh's show, asking for whom they want to talk to and what their story is.
