Each site has 10 minutes to tell their story about their community and the importance of suicide prevention work. We will provide sample questions and slide templates; Teams/ speakers can decide if they want to use these sample questions or tell their community story in a different way

Panel Discussion (25 minutes)

After a very brief introduction highlighting: 1) That Collaborative Teams had different whys to participate; 2) How the Change Framework supported the flexibility to test community-specific strategies; and 3) That strengths and opportunities within each community helped drive each Collaborative Team's focus...the following questions will be asked with a lead from each Team given time to answer.

Highlight how the NCCTS hopes for tools/ resources, but with for this issue, applying the frame to your specific community drives your work. No template. No specific tools.

Application Session via 3 Breakout Groups + In-Breakout Closing (30 minutes)

Each Breakout Room will:

Be led by one Change Collaborative Team
Have an identified topic so participants can choose which one to attend
Have a Change Collaborative Faculty member (and additional Planning Team member) to help with facilitation, tech, notes, etc.
Have an Action Template document that will be provided to them where they can take notes on potential strategies/ steps they want to try in their communities

Change Collaborative Close/ Celebration/ Debrief (30 minutes - Planning and Change Coll Teams Only)
