The extension only works on Google Documents (not presentations, spreadsheets, forms, etc.), but the possibilities for using it with Google Documents is amazing. You can copy and paste information from other resources into a document, and then have it read aloud to the students. You can highlight a word in the text and either do a Google Search for it on the web, or click on the picture dictionary icon for a quick picture of the word. It also has a regular dictionary included that can be used to find the definition of a word in the text. It will also translate individual words into Spanish (translation for the whole document can be done by clicking on "Tools" and then clicking on translate document).
