         <description><![CDATA[<p>Many students that are coming to the high school are lacking life skills: reading comp, advocating for themselves, deadlines, procedural/professionalism etc- how do we alleviate this issue. Should seniors be allowed the same leeway as a freshmen.</p><p><br/></p><p>This philosophy feels like its the moral high ground- and if you arent chasing around all of your students you are not a good teacher- what are we doing to make sure teachers feel supported and do not burnout?</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
